Refund & Return Policy – Arabify

At Arabify, we take pride in the quality and design of every dress we offer. Each piece is carefully packed and quality-checked before shipping. Because of the nature of fashion items and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

📦 Returns

We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the delicate nature of our ladies’ dresses and the risk of misuse or wear, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

  • You changed your mind

  • You don’t like the style or color

  • You ordered the wrong size

Please double-check sizing, colors, and product descriptions before placing your order.


📧 Damaged or Wrong Item?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@novasapphir.shop with clear photos and your order number. We’ll verify and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To qualify for a resolution:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • You must send us photos showing the issue clearly

  • You must not send anything back without our approval


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your product qualifies for a replacement due to damage or an error on our side, we will handle it accordingly after review.


💰 Refunds

Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace a damaged or wrong item. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, email us at support@novasapphir.shop.
