arabify.shop works with major shipping companies, allowing us to ship directly to your door. We proudly offer free shipping all over uae.
Payment and Verification
You’ll only be charged for your product. All payments go through verification and approval, which may take a few days. Orders with incorrect billing information or needing extra verification might be delayed or canceled to prevent fraud.
Shipping Process
We usually need 1 working days to fulfill your order and send it to our carrier’s facility. Some orders may take longer, especially during holidays or if an item is out of stock.
Once your order is being processed, we can’t make any changes, including address changes. We’ll ship to the address provided at checkout. We only ship on business days (Monday-Friday) and don’t ship on weekends or holidays. You’ll get a Shipping Confirmation email/whatsapp message once your order ships.
If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking numbers. You’ll receive an email/whatsapp message with the tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may take several days. If you haven’t seen any updates after 7 business days, contact us.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Here’s what to expect:

Duties, Taxes, and Fees
If your shipment is returned, you’ll be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs. Customs policies vary by country, so check with your local customs office if you have questions.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
arabify.shop isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking says the package was delivered, but you didn’t receive it, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It’s your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing an order. We can’t make changes after the order is placed. If the order is already processed, we can’t retrieve it for an address change.
